This 13-week progressive strengthening program guides you through safe, restorative movement to support healing, rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and help you return to exercise feeling balanced, strong, and ready for the next stage of motherhood.

My name is Elise Horn, and I’m a women’s health physiotherapist from Melbourne. Graduating with a double degree on the Gold Coast, I quickly became passionate in the area of women’s health and love working holistically to support my patients to reach their goals. I truly believe in the power of educating and empowering women to be in control of their own bodies, and I hope this e-course is a helpful tool that will get you back feeling strong and doing the things you love.

    Hitting perimenopause I was struggling to find a workout program that would help manage my mind and body.
