Elise saw a need for programs that go beyond generic fitness routines, focusing instead on how hormonal changes affect strength, bone health, pelvic floor function, and overall well-being. Elise Horn is a passionate and dedicated women’s health physiotherapist who has devoted her career to supporting women through every stage of womanhood. As the creator of a range of physio-led education and exercise programs, Elise combines her expertise in physiotherapy and exercise science to help women understand and care for their bodies with confidence. Graduating with a double degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise Science from Griffith University in 2009, Elise has since worked alongside some of Australia’s leading physiotherapists, refining her holistic, evidence-based approach to care. She believes deeply in patient-centred treatment, integrating clinical knowledge, movement, and education to empower women to optimise their function, enhance their wellbeing, and achieve their personal goals.
